We are currently assisting several new approved providers set up their home care business following their successful application to the Commonwealth Department of Health.
The HCIB package includes not only policies and procedures, but also a comprehensive set of other documents that will be needed from the first day of operation. Many people tend to underestimate the level of documentation that is required for this type of business, but it should come as little surprise given the accreditation requirements of the Aged Care Act.
